WHAT'S YOUR 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
We stand behind our work. If your website doesn't include everything specified in your package, you can ask for a full refund for up to 45 days after delivery. Deleting any work we have done for you will not qualify for a full refund. We don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse so we encourage you to get in touch with us to answer all your questions before buying.
Any queries related to the refund process has to be done within 15 days from the date of the service taken.
Refund Policy
HUBSPOT SETUP & WEBSITE MIGRATION:
30 Day Money Back Guarantee is applicable only on Hubspot Website Setup and Website migration service only. If you do not get everything at the time of delivery that is specified in the service, you can claim a refund for up to 45 days after delivery.
- Deleting any work we have done for you will not qualify for a full refund.
- Proof will be required.
- Supported by proper reasoning that is accepted by both the parties .
Making changes by yourself during our work in your website will immediately disqualify you from a 30 day guarantee refund.
We don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse, revisions not used (if applicable), personal or business issues, unexpected situations, or any such situation which has not been specified in the terms of 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Hence, it is advisable to contact us before you make a purchase for an informed decision. We’ll be happy to answer any questions that you have.
A Sale purchase, Discount purchase or a purchase through a promotion, are not included in the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
DEVELOPMENT WORK:
There are no refunds for this type of service if we are able to finish the job successfully. If the features requested by you are delivered and works successfully, the job is considered successful. You are not entitled to refund on any dissatisfaction related to design or user experience.Late deliveries are not subject to refund. We do our best to deliver the project within the stipulated time frame, but there are instances where the project gets delayed due to certain circumstances which are beyond our control. No refunds are offered for delays due to such unexpected causes, revisions and testings.
Revisions are offered within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any revision requested after that will incur extra charge.
Revisions are only offered for changes directly related to the original request. Any other changes will be quoted additionally.
Revisions are unlimited for 60 days.
If we fail to deliver the development work as promised or agreed upon, either we’ll offer an alternate solution or try to compensate for it with the same or other tasks (if any). Any failure to the same and you’ll get a refund of at least 50% of the payment made.
Removing our access to the website or any section that we need access to, that affects our ability to finish the job, will not qualify for a refund.
